This terms and conditions aims for the online-shop and selling of the corporation "Fischerauer - Alles um den Essig" to the actually terms you will see now.

When you place an order to purchase a product from vinegar.at, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail to you. If a product has become unavailable in the meantime, we will inform you by email.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond that we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

The terms of shipping are accepted by you, when you order. The mode of dispatch as well as the shipping price will appear in the online shop during ordering.

If there is no other contract between you and us, every invoice must be paid directly after the order. Payments must be done to the bank account at the invoice without any drawback. Credit cards will be charged at the day before shipping. We also accept PayPal.

The legal requirement allows to cancel a purchase within 7 (seven) working days without any reason. You have only to send a fax to our corporation and send back the goods to your costs, if we have shipped the goods already. We take returns for 30 days, if goods are unopened, not used and in best order. Please control the consignment immeditaley. If you miss a product, please send an E-mail to office@vinegar.at.

Defective goods must be sent back to our corporation. If it is impossible to send it back, there must be sent a digital photo to us. We commit to send a new product without any charging.
