Olive Oil from Gozo island |

We are always searching for new products, with a unique taste and a special production way. At the small island Gozo, next to Malta, we found a wonderful intensive olive oil, with a taste of pepper, lemon, intensive olive and fresh green apple. It is perfect to all types of salad, but we use it also for dipping white bread. It is perfect together with our brand new organic orange vinegar. We sell small 100 mls bottles for testing and that you have always a fresh oil. | |

Organic vinegars |

Since some weeks we are organic certified and we are allowed to produce and sell organic vinegars. Our controlling company is "Austria Bio Garantie". The first organic vinegar we produced is an Organic Pear vinegar, which has a intensive flavour and a typical pear vinegar taste. Read more or order it direct at our online shop. | |

Recipe of the month | |
Risotto with Chicken and Fennel (Felix Weinstock)
4 servings
40 ml olive oil
1 onion, fine cutted
1 fennel in fine strips
200 g Italian round grain rice
40 ml Balsamico
1 l chicken soup
300 g chicken meat roasted and fine cutted
1 EL butter
Salt and pepper from the mill
fennelgreen, chopped to kidneys
Preparation
Onion and fennel are put in the olive oil. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes and then add the rice for another 3 minutes till it is a little bit glassy. Infuse with cooking balsamico and mix well, afterwards add the chicken soup and hold on small flame in-cook. Add a further tumbler of chicken soup when it becomes dry. Cook until the rice has a nice bite after 17-20 minutes. Then add the chicken meat, the remaining Bouillon, butter and season to taste. The fennelgreen is decoration. | |
