Vinegar machine LABU for quality producers
The vinegar machine EA LABU has been designed providing an optimal method to make vinegar of best quality.

With the LABU you will be able to produce vinegar within a short time, of high quality and at low costs.

The kind of fruit "wine" you use, allows you to make best vinegar in a time between 2 days and two weeks. The working time depends on the alcohol content and your type of bacteria. Our clean bacteria, which are shipped together with the machine as a starting culture, have a working time of around 2 - 4 days. With the EA LABU, depending on the size of the machine, you can produce between 150 - 4000 liters of best vinegar per month.

If you once decide to produce smaller quantities, it is possible to work all machines with half filling.
For special products and for very small producers a size of 20 litres is perfect. The 20 litres  machine can be bought in our online shop. All other machines will be planned and adjusted to your needs.

The vinegar machine LABU represents the state of the art in vinegar production. The special, closed construction of the machine guarantees best taste and a maximum of flavour of the vinegar produced.

The use of two special induction pipes inside and outside of the machine, enable to bring the injected air very effectively into the vinegar. This influences the quality and fermentation time of the vinegar produced.

The LABU has an extremly low energy consumption.
This, combined with the cost effective production method guarantees a very low price for the end product.
