Technial equipment
The
SUBMENTER, which is equipped with the AUSTROMATIC –
(Controlling) and the ALCOMETER – (Automatic alcohol controlling equipment) works with a minimum of manwork. It is completely automated. The SUBMENTER works with two different processing speeds, so that it is possible to work with 1/3 of the normal production, if not so much vinegar is needed but to run the machine continously. A problematic start can be prevented. This has the effect that a restart without any vinegar production with a time of 4-14 days and a lot of power consumption can be prevented.
We offer a full electronic control paneel, which informs you about problems via Internet or SMS, so that you are able to know every time, how your system is working. The warranty of 36 months can be offered from our company, because of the high quality standards of all parts. All wear parts are excluded from warranty.

With this industrial sized equipment we offer an self suction aerator, which is built at the bottom of the tank.
Output: 800-17.000 litres of vinegar with 10% per day with a working volume of 2.800 to 57.000 litres.
The working time for each batch depends on the alcohol concentration of the mash.
