Submerged fermentation vinegar machine

State of the art fermenter technology for vinegar producers, which aim an economical production process. This large scale fermenter was build with high grade steel. It has an autonomous air pump and cooling system for the resulting heat. The machine is fully electronic controlled and makes an optimal, fully automatic and undisturbed vinegar production possible.

The small submerged fermentation vinegar machine has a performance of 25 liters to 85 liters of spirit of wine daily. You can get 75,000 liters to 255,000 liters vinegar with 10% acid, until a production time of 300 days per year.

The large scale submerged fermentation vinegar machine has a performance of 85 liters to 1.565 liters of spirit of wine daily. You can get 75,000 liters to 4,695,000 liters vinegar with 10% acid, until a production time of 300 days per year. We can offer vinegar machines up to a size of 3,000 liters of spirit of wine.

Both machines have 2 different production speeds. With the lower production speed you can limit the performance down to 30 - 50%.
